Photo shoot and playing with colours

I've just seen some photos from my last photo shoot as a makeup artist. I had a lot of fun with colours this time, which was super fun.

My original inspiration for this makeup was the ocean and a sunset. As you can see I kept some of that in the makeup, but I didn't want to make it too literal.

I'm really pleased with this one - hope you like it too!

Bikini photo shoot

A few weeks ago I did makeup on a bikini photo shoot. Soo much fun and boy did people watch and wonder what we were doing! Here are some pictures from the shoot.

I did a soft bronzed look for this shoot because I just wanted to keep it fresh with a summer, beachy feel to it. Please tell me what you think! :)

I thought MAC Woodwinked was the perfect eye shadow for this look. Bronzed and beautiful! I also used MAC Satin Taupe in the outer corner and blended it out quite far. I didn't want it to be too perfect looking.

Yesterday I acted as makeup artist at my first photo shoot and I had so much fun! It was a long day and I was so tired afterwards, but when I got the pictures it was all worth it. This is some of the pictures that where taken. The photographer is Frank Hansen and the pictures are unedited. /

Igår agerade jag makeupartist på min allra första fotosession och det var så roligt! Det var en lång dag och jag var så trött efteråt, men när jag fick bilderna var det helt klart värt det. Det här är några av bilderna som togs. Fotograf är Frank Hansen och bilderna är oredigerade.

The photographer and I agreed on a makeup with a lot of colour. I wanted to make two kinds of different makeups, even though both of them should be colourful in their own way. I gave Ellen a really dark blue/black makeup (which you can see in my YouTube tutorial called Dark blue party makeup) with pink cheeks and lips. Since winter is finally giving way here in Sweden I wanted to make a celebration to spring using bright spring colours. So I gave Ulrica a lavender and light pink makeup. On her cheeks and lips I chose coral. /

Fotografen och jag kom överens om makeup med mycket färg. Jag ville göra två ganska olika makeuper, även om både skulle ha mycket färg på sitt eget sätt. Jag gav Ellen en riktigt mörk blå/svart makeup (som ni kan se i min YouTube-film Dark blue party makeup) med rosa kinder och läppar. Eftersom vintern äntligen ger vika här i Sverige ville jag hylla våren genom att använda härliga vårfärger. Så jag gav Ulrica en lavendel och ljusrosa makeup. På hennes kinder och läppar valde jag korall.
